Welcome to the MS 442 PTA!

You are automatically a member of the MS 442 PTA just by having a student at our school. Lucky you!

In middle school, it can be challenging for families to feel part of their school community. Students are more independent and parents are in the school building less and less.

That’s where the PTA comes in. The PTA provides a way for families’ voices to be heard as well as provide opportunities for families to be involved at the school.

How can you get involved in the MS 442 Community?

-Attend monthly PTA Meetings (dates listed below). It’s the best way to stay on top of what’s happening at MS 442, meet other families and teachers, and hear from the administration directly.

- Volunteer to help out on an event or a committee. Check out the current volunteer opportunities below or look for opportunities in the weekly emails.

- Make a financial contribution. Help us support the administration and students by making a financial contribution. The PTA spends roughly $50 per student--sign up for recurring monthly payments of $4.42 and you'll cover the cost of your student! Any amount welcome and truly appreciated. Please use the donation button above or drop a check to MS 442 PTA in the Main Office.

- Support MS 442 by giving a review at InsideSchools.org, Facebook or Google.

- Contact us with your ideas, input and ways you can help. We are open to making the school community a better place for all families.

Thank you for supporting MS442 School for Innovation!
